Our Airbnb co‑hosting offering positions Adroit Investments LLC as an operations partner for your short‑term rental asset. We assist with guest communication, stay coordination, and on‑the‑ground logistics for confirmed reservations. Acting strictly as an operations and hospitality partner, we support your investment strategy without engaging in leasing activity or pricing decisions.

Adroit Investments LLC coordinates turnover and cleaning between confirmed reservations. We work with turnover and cleaning providers designated or approved by the owner to help ensure properties are presented consistently for each guest.

Our coordination services may include:

Scheduling turnover and cleaning between stays
Providing vendors with departure information and access details
Confirming completion of turnover tasks and visually checking basic cleanliness and presentation

Service scopes are set by the owner; we do not modify scopes independently.

We facilitate maintenance dispatch as part of post‑booking operations. When operational issues arise during or between stays, we coordinate with the owner’s chosen maintenance vendors or contractors.

Our role includes:

Receiving guest‑reported or operations‑identified issues
Communicating with owner‑designated vendors to schedule service
Coordinating property access for maintenance visits
Providing operational updates and follow‑up notes to owners

Vendor selection, scopes of work, and approvals remain with the owner.
